The Politics of “Post-conflict”: On the Ground in South Asia: New Cultural Anthropology article by Professor Sara Shneiderman

Sara Shneiderman and her co-author Amanda Snellinger have recently co-edited a collection of short essays on “The “Politics of “Post-Conflict”: On the Ground in South Asia” in the journal Cultural Anthropology.  This contribution summarized here is the most recent research conducted of Professor Shneiderman in South Asia.

Shneiderman joined the Yale Anthropology faculty as an Assistant Professor in 2011 and is a founding member of the Digital Himalaya Project. She is also the Faculty Coordinator of the Yale Himalaya Initiative, and the Director of Undergraduate Studies for South Asian Studies.  In 2015, she will be moving to the Department of Anthropology at the University of British Columbia.  More information on Professor Shneiderman can be found here.
