PhD student Souvanik Mullick awarded NSF grant for his project “Small-scale Transport Operators and Political Action”

Congratulations to Souvanik Mullick, a fourth year PhD student in Sociocultural Anthropology, who has received an award from the National Science Foundation, which is co-funded by the Law and Social Science Program and the Cultural Anthropology Program, to support field work in India for his doctoral research entitled “Small-scale Transport Operators and Political Action.” This project has also received support from the MacMillan Center, Yale University. Souvanik Mullick is currently conducting research on this project in New Delhi, India.
