My research interests are ancient economic networks, ceramic production and distribution, early specialization and standardization, ceramic petrology, especially in Southern China and Southeast Asia.

I received my Master’s degree from Peking University in 2018; my thesis works on ceramic production and distribution during the late-Neolithic period in Yuedong region, China. Recently, I worked on an archaeological excavation in Shenzhen, China, and look into ritual practice with ceramic in the mid-Neolithic period.
