PhD students Devi Nayar, Logan Emlet, and Charlotte Bednarski co-organize symposium

Anthropology PhD students Devi Nayar, Logan Emlet, Charlotte Bednarski and Postdoctoral Associate Siddhartha Mukherjee (Environmental History) co-organized the symposium “The Shape of Space– A conversation on the making of metaphors, materiality, and geometries of power.” The event occurred on February 14th and 15th, and featured graduate student panelists in various disciplines from schools across the U.S. Anthropology faculty Dr. Leslie Gross-Wyrtzen and Prof. Vyjayanthi Rao were the keynote speakers. This event was supported by the Anthropology Department, School of Architecture and the Dean’s Fund.
