Thyda was a member of the Cambodian restitution team in returning looted antiquities. One of her main responsibilities was to interview former looters to further investigate and gather evidence for the return of stolen artifacts from museums and private collectors worldwide. Thyda’s research interests lie at the intersection of law and anthropology.
